Pear Tree Farm - Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast

Traditional English bed and breakfast with a warm welcome for visitors wanting a quiet rural break. Full board is provided and drinks are available all day - we are licensed to serve alcohol to guests. Refreshments, (buffet or hot meal) are available on request. We serve evening meals and .

We have 8 bedrooms, all en-suite with bath or shower. (4 double, 3 twin, and 1 family). Two of these rooms are situated on the ground floor with facilities for the disabled and wheel chair access.

All rooms are a good size and equipped with T.V. and hair dryers (clothes pressing facilities available on request).

We have a large cosy guest lounge with a traditional wood burning stove and all the comforts of home, incliding TV, video, DVD player and books.TV, video player, DVD player, and selection of books are available for guests' enjoyment.

We have off-road car parking and almost 80 acres of pasture and woodland.
 

Other facilities:

We offer a programme of art courses with nationally and internationally respected guest tutors.
 
The spacious waterside studio is available for use by groups of up to 15 people. Our facilities are available to groups, including Walkers, Birders, Historical Societies and Artists and make an ideal venue for business and group training purposes. Either the studio or the dining room - which has a telephone point for internet access - can be booked for seminars and small meetings (seating for approximately 15 people)
